La Sra. María Alvini de Alvarez, como Presidenta de la Federación de Mujeres fue la encargada de realizar la invocación de apertura en el Evento, citando :

Quisiera recordar las palabras públicas dichas hace 2.000 años, de quien fuera un Mesías para los Cristianos, un Profeta para los Musulmanes... Jesús.

Que en su oración dijo así "Bienaventurados los pobres en espíritu, porque de ellos es el Reino de los Cielos, Bienaventurados los que lloran, porque ellos recibirán consolación, Bienaventurados los mansos, porque ellos recibirán la Tierra por herencia, Bienaventurados los que tienen hambre y sed de justicia, porque ellos serán salvados, Bienaventurados los de limpio corazón, porque ellos quieren a Dios, Bienaventurados los pacificadores, porque ellos serán llamados hijos de Dios, Bienaventurado los que padecen persecución por causa de la Justicia, porque de ellos será el Reino de los Cielos"

Luego se llevó a cabo la intervención del Discurso de Apertura del Rev. Dr. Chung Hwan Kwak, con una traducción excelente en directo y que conmovió a toda una expectante sala totalmente colmada, y como detalle agregamos que cuando se llevaba a cabo dicha alocución se debió de colocar decenas de sillas mas para ubicar al público presente, lo que daba la pauta del ÉXITO CONSEGUIDO A ESTA CONVOCATORIA

Le brinda una cobertura desde el Hotel Radisson, de Montevideo participando de un acontecimiento de excelente jerarquía como lo es éste Seminario Internacional, que realiza la Federación Interreligiosa e Internacional para la Paz Mundial denominado "El Mundo en un punto de transición", cuyo Organizador es nuestro querido amigo Jorge Guldenzoph.

Dentro de las personalidades que se destacaron como panelistas en éste acontecimiento se encontraba otro de nuestros dilectos amigos el Dr. Chapper, quien amablemente se prestó a nuestra entrevista:

P_ Un agradecimiento Chapper, por estar junto a nosotros y reconocer que realmente nos impresionó el éxito que está teniendo en éste Seminario Internacional, ¿cómo lo valora Ud.?

R_ Realmente Wáshington, es así como tu lo dices.

Cuando me invitaron a participar de éste Evento, entendí que era un Evento muy importante, creo que va a ser uno de los Eventos mas importantes del año, porque está vinculado a algo que todo el Mundo espera y la gente también, que es la Paz Mundial... y la Paz Mundial, como todos sabemos, primero comienza por la Paz de uno mismo, es decir como tenemos que cambiar nosotros, para poder acceder a lo que todos queremos que es la Paz Mundial.

P_ ¿En éste Seminario se ven aportes para ello?

R_ Creo que en éste Seminario que se está desarrollando se están dando las claves, para el análisis y la reflexión y creo que eso es lo importante, que cada uno de nosotros tengamos en la reflexión y en análisis, los elementos para poder pensar que ésto es posible, si todos aportamos nuestro granito de arena y en esa idea estamos y por eso estamos presentes.

P_ Nuestro amigo Chapper, conoce muy bien nuestro trabajo periodístico a través de tantos años en ésto que denominamos "LAS BUENAS NOTICIAS" y que es también trabajar por la Paz Mundial, porque con ésta temática fuimos nominados, junto a nuestra Productora María Elena Echeverz, Embajadores para la Paz Mundial, en Uruguay y por ello nos gustaría saber ¿hay alguna opción en nuestro País de formar alguna Comisión de éste nivel Interreligiosa, para tocar temas de construcción espiritual?

R_ Yo creo que están dadas las condiciones, me consta que hay reuniones ecumenísticas, creo que vamos a hacerla, va a ser posible, por eso creo que éstos son caminos que tienen que "prender" y creo que ésta es una de las claves para salir adelante, a mi me parece que ya están formadas, pero desde nuestro punto de vista, desde nuestro lugar estamos proclives a organizar una Comisión en tal sentido.

P_ A gratefulness Chapper, to be next to us and to recognize that I really impress us the success that this having in this International Seminar, as you values it?

R_ Really Wáshington, is as well as your you say it.
When they invited me to participate of this Event, I understood that it was a very important Event, I believe that it will be one of the Events but important of the year, because it is linked something that everybody wait and people also that is the World Peace... and the World Peace, as all knows, first it begins with the Peace of oneself, that is to say like we have to change us, to be able to consent to what we all want that it is the World Peace.

P_ In this Seminar contributions are come for it?

R_ Believes that in this Seminar that you this developing the keys is giving, for the analysis and the reflection and I believe that that is the important thing that each one of us has in the reflection and in analysis, the elements to be able to think that ésto is possible, if we all contribute our grain of sand and in that idea we are and for that reason we are present.

P_ friend Chapper, knows our journalistic work very well through so many years in ésto that we denominate THE GOOD NEWS and that it is also to work for the World Peace, because with this thematic we were nominated, next to our Producer María Elena Echeverz, Ambassadors for the World Peace, in Uruguay and for it would like us to it to know there is some option in our Country of forming some Commission of this level Interreligiosa, to play topics of spiritual construction?

R_ I believe that the conditions are given, I am certain that there is meetings ecumenísticas, I believe that we will make it, it will be possible, for that reason I believe that these are roads that have to fasten and I believe that this is one of the keys to leave ahead, to my I find that they are already formed, but from our point of view, from our place we are inclined to organize a Commission in such a sense.
