P- Hoy vamos a iniciar nuestro Programa ENCUENTROS, en el año de nuestro 10º ANIVERSARIO, ya que es el Programa más antiguo de la TV Cable en el Uruguay, con una temática del deporte, para ello invitamos a nuestro estimado amigo y excelente periodista dentro del automovilismo Nacional e Internacional: Albino Olmos, con quien vamos a hablar del lanzamiento que se efectuó hace unas horas con motivo del Campeonato de Karting. Buenos días Olmos ¿como estas?

R- Buenos días, un gusto estar en contacto contigo, con toda tu audiencia que sabemos es realmente mucha y todos tus seguidores con la AGENCIA DE NOTICIAS URUGUAYA y además con ese tema tan importante de LAS BUENAS NOTICIAS.

P-   Te agradecemos tus concepto y siempre conversamos de ésta área que queremos cultivar y ofrecer mas difusión alas BUENAS COSAS, que a veces quedan relegadas Olmos, por otras que son primicias, pero que no son tan buenas, nosotros en cambio hemos decidido transitar por ese camino que nos permita dar buena información, que nos permita de esa manera esas cosas positivas, que inclusive en éste año nos ha permitido recibir la mención de EMBAJADOR DE LA PAZ por la Federación Interreligiosa e Internacional para la Paz Mundial.

R-Exacto cuando unos dice BUENAS NOTICIAS,  que lindo, que agradable ya es el nombre y por supuesto "pega" en momentos difíciles duros, pero es precioso sentir eso.

P- Olmos, hace unas horas se realizó el lanzamiento de lo que va ha ser éste Campeonato Nacional de Karting, nosotros por razones de estar realizando un trabajo en el Interior para Internet, no pudimos estar presentes, nos gustaría que nos comentaras ¿como se realizo ese lanzamiento?

R- Realmente una reunión agradable, sencilla pero por sobre todo muy comunicativa, mostrando que LAS BUENAS NOTICIAS,  que se pueden dar a través del deporte como es la reactivación del Karting, que el año pasado había terminado con menos competidores, que en temporadas anteriores, éste año se hizo una replanificación para que la gente no se retire antes de terminar el Campeonato, porque ve que no tiene posibilidades, se va ha ser un cierre con 3 fechas de Campeonato Federación, es decir que va ha ver actividades como para decir no se vayan quedensen porque tienen chance, porque si no es derrepente el Nacional pueden estar peleando por otro título y por sobre todo el bien que la ha echo el resurgir de la Escuela de Karting que ya tiene por lo menos 5 pilotos en la Categoría de Cadetes que van a empezar, es decir chicos del orden de los 6-7-8 y 9 años que van a estar debutando entre los mas "chiquitos".

Se habla de Carolina Cánepa que recibió su título como aprobando el Curso, es la hermana del piloto Campeón Sudamericano de Fórmula 3 Clase LIGHT hace 2 años y la hermanita parece que no quería quedarse atrás y también va.

P- ¿En ésta Competencia de que edad estamos hablando?

R- Ella tiene 16 años y también la Federación da un importante paso, tal limitando un poco lo que era el desarrollo o el "super" desarrollo de la Categoría 125  SUDAM, donde se habían disparado los costos y buena tratando de bajar en el momento lo que son los costos, se estableció que se va a correr con un neumático mas duro que se va a usar mínimo 3 carreras, lo cual ya esta hablando a las claras del rendimiento.

P- Garantiza una posibilidad de tener continuidad sin tener que hacer un recambio, ¿el rendimiento con los otros neumáticos era muy diferente?

R- Exacto por que, se estaba corriendo con neumáticos "blandos", con la duración de un neumático, una carrera, incluso ahora los va a traer la Federación para abaratar los costos y son signos positivos a tal punto que bueno en SUDAM, hubo carreras de 7,8 o 9 Pilotos y ahora se habla que en el arranque va a ver en ésta categoría que se va a llamar MASTER, por lo menos 15 Pilotos, pueden llegar a 20, nombres muy importante que vuelven al KARTING, el caso de Andrés Orta, Rafael Barbarita.

P- Y por supuesto, la presencia de la "BI CAMPEONA NACIONAL SARA SANCHEZ,  nos vamos a una pausa, no sin antes mencionar que este reportaje estará por supuesto en nuestros PORTALES DE INTERNET:

P- Amigas y Amigos ya regresamos, con ésta temática de lo que es el deporte del automovilismo, para hablar de éste Lanzamiento del Campeonato Nacional de Karting, Olmos vamos a dar detalles de lo que va a ser esa Competencia, ¿como se ha planteado el Campeonato?

R- Se realizará por "Categorías" y va a comenzar el día 16 en el Autódromo Víctor Borras Fabini del Pinar, así que el 16 de marzo ya agenden que no pueden ir a ningún lado.

P- Así que desde aquí les recomendamos no vayan a ningún otro lado, porque van a tener este compromiso en el Pinar. Olmo ¿como serán las categorías?

R- Bueno las Categorías, el tema es que hay una Categoría para los "mas chicos" denominada Cadetes, antiguamente eran 2 una de 9 a 11 años y la otra de 12 a 14, lego esas edades se fueron bajando, quedo una Categoría hasta 12 años.

P- Actualmente ¿de que edad a que edad?

R- La sorpresa es que el año pasado se le tomo examen para debutar a un chico de 5 años, corrió en Las Piedras y para darte una idea Wáshington fue elegido por el periodismo en ese momento la revelación de la carrera en un circuito callejero que es difícil y este "chico" con 5 años realmente nos dejo a todos asombrados y fecha a fecha fue demostrando las reales condiciones, porque antes de saber escribir el "arte" de él era el volante y bueno con 5 años se está comenzando en éste momento hasta alrededor de 11 años y te digo Wáshington que se podrá pensar tiene 5 años el de 11 le lleva ventaja, no porque realmente se vienen dando condiciones que seguramente la edad de los Cadetes "irán bajando", porque se esta demostrando como en Países limítrofes donde también se empieza tarde porque también porque hay otros países mas desarrollados  que todavía se empieza a mas temprana edad.

P- ¿Como esta la categoría Cadetes en este año?

R- En la Categoría Cadetes, les digo hay 5 Pilotos nuevos, hay compitiendo ya una niña María Victoria Insauti de La Paz.

P- ¿Luego que Categorías siguen?

R- Luego de ese paso esta la Categoría 100 ctms Stop, motores que van bastante mas fuertes y también hay un buen nivel de Pilotos, el año pasado no estaba muy bien porque habían terminado 10 Pilotos en la Categoría, cuando supo tener mas de 20, también esta la "Pre Junior" una Categoría de 100 ctms., que son Categorías que se ven revitalizadas por la llegada de Pilotos del Interior.

Luego tenemos la "Senior", digamos para "no tan chiquilines", una es para Pilotos de 35 años es decir que el Karting no es solo para los mas "chiquitos" con motores de 125 ctms. realmente rápidos y quien no tubo la oportunidad de correr en su juventud, bueno ahí la va a encontrar, en esa Categoría.

P- ¿Y cual es la Categoría Central para éste año?

R- Va a ser la MASTER, que un poco sustituye lo que era 125 ctms. "Junior" y SUDAM, con una Categoría importante con no menos de 15 Pilotos en cada carrera y bueno tendremos a Sara Sanchez que sin duda va a salir a defender el Bi Campeonato que tiene al año pasado realmente demolió, porque llegó en todas las carreras, una importante serie de triunfos de primeros puestos en largada, no se pudo llevar el Trofeo de Pole Position, porque estuvo ausente en alguna carrera producto en que estaba corriendo a nivel Internacional, pero realmente esta demostrando que el medio esta marcando una diferencia, con sus quince años y un futuro promisorio.

P- También sabemos que se realizó, el calendario ¿en cuantas fechas y donde se lavarán a cabo?

R- En total serán 8 Fechas del Campeonato y hay descarte de puntaje lo cual equipara mucho mas las chances.

P- Volviendo al caso de Sara ¿realizó algún abandono el año pasado y como de fue en el "Podio"?

R- No, en el año pasado no registro ningún abandono y los "peores resultados", que tubo fueron 2 terceros puestos.

P- En cuanto a los lugares que se determinaron para las fechas ¿cuales son?

R- Se va a correr en el cartódromo de Salto, en Fray Bentos, en San José, en el callejero de Las Piedras que el año pasado fue un éxito, porque estamos hablando que hacía muchos años que no se corría y concurrieron mas de 7.000 personas, posiblemente se corra una carrera en Colonia en un circuito callejero y la factibilidad siempre existente y que todos queremos que venga el KARTING a Montevideo por que realmente los marcos de público fueron notables porque tenemos que hablas de carreras con 10.000 personas

P- Olmos un agradecimiento por estar con nosotros y brindarnos esos conocimientos tan profundos que tienes y además rodeado de ese valor humano que distingue a los hombres de bien.

Continuando con nuestro Programa Periodístico con el cual cumplimos en éste mes 10 años de emisión ininterrumpida le consultamos a Sara:

P- Vamos a informarnos, ¿como ha sido tu carrera durante estos años y como te has encontrado a medida que ha pasado el tiempo?

R-  Mis comienzos fueron en el año 98, por lo tanto a la fecha ya llevo 6 años en el KARTING, lo que me fue dando realmente una muy buena experiencia, ya que mi primer año lo realice en la Categoría de Cadetes, el segundo en Pre Junior, el tercero en Junior, el cuarto en Junior otra vez, el año pasado ya estaba en la SUDAM  y éste año me toca correr en la MASTER acá.

P- A través de tantos años realmente creemos que te has ido amoldando y cada día  mas profesional, pero ¿cuando empezaste, en las primeras competencias debiste de enfrentarte también a esas "competencias de varones" y tener que superar además del auto otras cosas?

R-  Claro, cuando comencé tenía nada mas que 9 años y realmente fue bastante difícil por que como siempre "existía mucho machismo", ya que es un deporte totalmente masculino, porque en su mayoría, en la gran mayoría son todos hombres y bueno ahora al correr de los años eso cambio, porque hace ya el 5 años que estoy en el KARTING, en el Automovilismo y me voy acostumbrando, pero parece que algunos "chicos" todavía no, y si que costo bastante los primeros años sin duda.

P- ¿Cuando fue que lo notaste mas?

R-  Los primeros no porque éramos niños y éramos todos amigos, no se notaba tanto y no había tanta competencia, pero después del segundo en el tercero se comenzaron a complicar las cosas, pero ahora ya no me interesa mas.

P- Además deben de habituarse a verte... si o si.. porque dentro de esa gran performanse que siempre desarrollas, para los demás debe ser una gran admiración ver como compites y te resaltas como un buen competidor.

R-  Si creo que me van a tener que seguir viendo, hasta los logros en que yo pueda llegar por eso me van a tener que seguir viendo hasta donde yo pueda realizar que pienso hacer automovilismo por bastante tiempo y llegar a mi meta, y me van a tener que ver a mi y a otras chicas que están empezando ahora acá en el Uruguay.

P- Cuando planteas tu futuro ¿hablamos exclusivamente de KARTING  o pensas que en algún momento podes incursionar en otra modalidad del Automovilismo?

R-  La meta principal es poder llegar a la FORMULA 1,  es una gran aspiración , yo se que debo trabajar bastante, yo se que para llegar se necesita mucho esfuerzo por eso voy a poner todo de mi parte para llegar, obvio que para llegar allá tengo que dar muchos pasos por el Automovilismo.

P- Aparte de la propia competencia como decís tu, cuando eras muy niña donde empezaste con esos primeros pasos, pero luego debiste también en incursionar ¿en conocer el coche?, ya que es fundamental para el corredor su funcionamiento, su diseño, sus neumáticos , creo a través de tus cantidad de competencias te ha dado un aprendizaje importante.

R-  Realmente al principio tampoco me gustaba mucho todo eso, me gustaba mas ir y correr y competir.

Pero me fui dando cuenta que no era tan así, porque para competir también tenía que entender del KART y todas las coas como funcionan en el KART,   ahora se puede decir que conozco y vamos a seguir aprendiendo ahora voy a entrar en el Automovilismo de "monoposto" y también estoy empezando a aprender un poquito eso.

P- Otra de las cosas que se ha dado en tus antecedentes no solo a Nivel Nacional ya has realizado pruebas también lo has hecho a Nivel Internacional ¿cuando comenzaste con eso era otro nivel diferente que correr en Uruguay?

R-  Claro mi primer año del kartismo le realicé en Paraguay, que fue donde empece a correr y ya empezamos ese año fin de año haciendo una carrera Internacional, que fue en Brasil y después en el año 99 hicimos algunas mas y en el año 2000 otras mas, aunque el año pasado no hemos podido competir tanto internacionalmente y fui adquiriendo bastante experiencia en brasil que tiene un nivel bastante alto en competición y ahora realmente ya nos hemos acostumbrado a ese nivel internacional, vamos a ver si se puede dar una participación mas a Europa si es posible.

P- Realmente nos complace tener entre nosotros como invitada a Sara Sánchez, ésta notable competidora de Nivel Nacional como Internacional y que hoy a venido acompañándola, como siempre, su simpática madre a quien también agradecemos su presencia.

Hablamos en el otro bloque lo que ha sido un resumen de tus años anteriores, de tus competencias, pero si tuvieras que realizar un resumen del año pasado ¿que nos dirías de las cosas mas positivas o que te agradaron mas?

R-  Dentro de las mas positivas fueron, la participación en las 500 Millas de KART, en San Pablo en Brasil, otra de las cosas que mas me agrado es haber obtenido el "Título de Bi Campeona Uruguaya" y también la participación en el Campeonato Sur Brasileño.

P- En esas Competencias de Nivel Internacional, te encontraste con que los corredores tenían un nivel diferente a los de Uruguay.

R-  El Nivel de los Competidores, es difícil compararlos, porque nunca estuvieron compitiendo juntos, por eso es difícil compararlos, te diría Wáshington que allá son mas competidores y por ejemplo están "uno mas cerca del otro, en los tiempos", con relación a los tiempos, o sea serían mas competidores dentro de menos tiempo, entonces se torna mas competitivo.

P- Estarían pasando por una mejor perfección, en el manejo de los KART, que se hace mucho mas igualitario.

No como en nuestro caso en Uruguay, en que se da el caso de que "un competidor" queda "muy lejos del que sale primero.

R-  Claro eso mismo, como tu decís, allá se puede dar que existan 15 competidores dentro del mismo "décimo", o dentro de 2 o 3 décimos y acá es difícil lograr eso.

P- ¿Cuando hablamos de éstas competencias, cuanta cantidad serían los de la competencia, son mas competidores dentro de la misma carrera?

R- Exacto es así, allá hay mas, normalmente son mas competidores, incluso hay campeonatos tipo Brasileño que es solo una fecha que consta de 4 carreras, 4 etapas, como se juntan todos, casi todo Brasil, para participar de ésta competencia

P- Hablando de lo que es la potencia, recién nos decía Olmos en la nota anterior, ¿en estas competencias de Nivel Internacional con que tipo de motor se compite?

EL LANZAMIENTO DEL 2003, SU DESARROLLO Y COMO LE VE SARA

P- Se realizó el lanzamiento de lo que será el Campeonato Nacional de Karting, ¿como lo vez? ¿que te parecen las condiciones de éste año?

R-  Si para éste año se hicieron algunos cambios, en algunas Categorías, que siempre es bueno tratar de mejorar, siempre muy organizada la Federación Uruguaya de KARTING, vamos a ver si ésta año entran mas pilotos

P- ¿Cuantos jóvenes podrían estar compitiendo contigo éste año en la categoría MASTER?

R-  La Categoría MASTER se van a generalizar 2 RUEDAS, juntan algunas Categorías, entonces van a ser mas que lo de lo normal y supongo que van a ser mas o menos 15 Competidores.

P- ¿Todo ello se realizara dentro de las 8 fechas previstas?

R-  Si en 8 Fechas como fue el año pasado, compitiendo en Salto, San José, Fray Bentos, El Pinar y el callejero de Las Piedras.

P- De esos circuitos que mencionaste ¿donde te encuentras mejor?

R-  Creo que en el que me encuentro mejor, el que mas me gusta y digamos tenga mas intimidad con la pista es en San José, me gusta el trazado y creo que entrene bastante, tengo "muchas vueltas", es donde me ciento mejor.

P- Por eso le decimos, cuando vayas ahí que se cuiden por les vas a ganar.

Sara, un agradecimiento por estar con nosotros  y una felicitación de todo nuestro Staff, porque con tu juventud tienes una muy buena "onda positiva", por ese compañerismo que tienes, por quienes están en competencia contigo, que es muy importante conocerce entre quienes compiten.
